SR Problems?

Is anybody else having problems with SR these days? I waited 5 days for a daily survey to credit. I also have 3 orders from Dick's Sporting Goods that are not even posting?

I wrote Tricia an email two days ago but no response. I remember reading her mom was sick...could that be it?

I do not want to get upset by this...SR has been good to me but now I am having problems getting credit (two BIG ones in the past month) and no emails back.

I don't know what to tell you. I have some problems right now with things that haven't credited and have opened trouble tickets on them. I think with her mom being sick and the sheer number of members has probably overwhelmed her, especially this month with everyone gunning for the prizes.

I hope to get my issues taken care of very soon and I hope yours are too. Have you submitted trouble tickets yet?

I also waited longer than usual for some daily surveys to credit, but they ended up crediting last night. So maybe today they will. The only other thing I have had trouble with was the Nascar offer but I know that several others have as well, I opened a trouble ticket for that one. If you did not open a trouble ticket for the dicks orders maybe you should do that. Good Luck!

Yep in the same boat too. I have three open trouble tickets. I bet the volume this month is really bogged Tricia down! I bet doing the trouble tickets are a drag for sr. I'm sure she will get around to all of us as soon as she can.

We've had a couple of big offers in the last month that have really been giving us fits. It seems like they credited great for awhile but then all of a sudden stopped. By that point, we had so many people doing them! Nascar and Bob Greene are the two biggest ones that I have probably a total of 15 outstanding trouble tickets on. Then Johnie Walker and Silver Tag stopped paying toward the end when they pulled them. So, yes, we have more trouble tickets right now than usual.

I try to put it into perspective. We have over 5000 members. In any given day, we do probably 10000 transactions, including the emails, clicks, offers, sales, etc. We only have 75 open trouble tickets right now. So when I get depressed about the merchants making my business a wreck, I remember that the things that DO convert really far outweigh the things that do not.

Everyone should have seen a lot of transactions come in last night plus another good chunk today. I still have one big list of sales to do this afternoon. Then I am off to the Disney store to buy Disney gift cards because I am tired of waiting on them to ship!!

Tricia, you are doing a great job.

I know I have an open trouble ticket that can be closed, cause I ended up returning the shoes anyway. (from shoebuy). I'm pretty sure I emailed you about it. So, that's one less.

I do know that I have to take a break from SR for awhile- we decided to move, so I'm crazy busy with getting this house ready; then we'll be on vacation, then probably moving when we get back. But, thank you AGAIN for all the Disney money I earned for this vacation. Got another $20 yesterday- especially with all the expenses of this move, I feel really good with the earnings I made with SR.

Tricia I hope magazinequick credits are in that list of sales, LOL!! Seriously I think you are doing an amazing job! I can't believe I've been able to "earn" so much money for Disney by something as simple as sitting with my laptop, pretending to watch TV with my family Not being familiar with any other programs I can't speak to the wait times for credits. And I know it's a gamble sometimes but when things do pay out, like 98% of them seem to, it's still free money we wouldn't have had before.
