SR Anyone body ever NOT get a Disney Card after cashout?

I cashed you 3 times last month within 4 days. The last time was on 9/30/06. I have received 2 cards however not the third. Is it too soon to worry about it?

I had the same problem this summer. I cashed out and never received my disney card. Tricia said it could take up to 14 business days, if I remember correctly. When I still didn't receive it after 14 business days, I sent her an email and they sent me a new card in just a few days. I was surprised at how quickly it came.
