Well first off sorry, I have not had an update lately, but still working on some big projects.

ON another note:

I am participating in a St Baldricks Foundation Head shaving on St patricks day. It is a cause that helps children who have cancer.

I am going to be a shavee, and have the task of collecting donations.

ahh nuts you did another update, i dont have to check it tonight, trying to work out some issues with our flight for our next trip...they canceled all the flights after 1:00pm and our flight is at 4:00pm

so might have to leave a day early

our trip to hawaii, they canceled 3 of our 4 legs of the trip, and there are no other flights within 8 hours of the ones they canceled, the totally changed there schedules.

so it looks like we might get to go 1 day early and stay 1 day later...but have to verify what we are doing with the in laws since it affects there flights as well.

Can't wait for the baldie pic's! Its a great thing your doing for those kids.

yes mam.

you can either go for a cut with just a hair trimmer that takes it down to the nubbins or you can then have them use a razor....i am opting for the razor, take it all the way down

i know for the same price, it looks like we will get out there a half day early and stay a day later.

he has a good point there, no need to have them do it too, and this way the donations only need to come to one spot.

well we are into the 24th hour of snow.

we are getting the lake effect snow straight down off the lake, and it doesnt look like it is going to stop anytime soon.

it is hard to tell how much snow we have gotten because of drifting, last night i shoveled 13 inches off the driveway this morning there was another 2 inches of drifted snow...got most of that, then we started getting the lake effect snow.

now we hace another 4 inches on top of what i shoveled this morning.

when we woke up this morning we took a few pictures.

the piles are higher now, but this will give you an idea of what we have.

looking at our neighbors house.

out the front window...somewhere we have a sidewalk there.

we even got snow drifted into the garage, i dont know how it got in there, there are no gaps when i closed it last night, it was up to the hitch on the suv

I don't miss the snow that much! Especially lake effect (lived in Kalamazoo for a little bit). We had 14" on Christmas Day and that is the first big snowfall in 20 years. Today were at 70 degrees, but we are going back into the 40's tomorrow.
