Chapter 44. Princess Kisses (What If, how early is to early for that first drink)
After the carousell, we find ourselves with a greeting by the very proper mrs poppins.
we then mossy on over to small world since we road peter pan the last day in here, and parker wanted to ride small world again...we really dont mind this ride or the music, so we were happy to ride.
parker was photobombed on the ride by a crazy lady behind him.
and he prompted me to take pictures outside the boat instead of at him.
afterwards we wanted to check out some fast passes for pooh, but the machines were down at this time so we continued on to the princess meet and greet.
aurora was first...and she was good with parker, not as good as last trip but still good.
then came cinderella and she was spot on...she was great.
as you can tell parker was smitten with her.
she had a great conversation with him, and enjoyed his hugs. she really liked his shirt and said that ramone and her were friends.
side note: ( remember that princess she will come up in another chapter in this report)
now i have no idea why i dont have pictures of it, but when we got to belle, (i do have video of it) she had alot of fun with parker as well...she said that ramone was a friend and that he sometimes drives her and the beast around...it was funny that they all touched on his shirt.
she also asked parker if he was fast like lightning mcqueen and he said yep and took off running. she had to call him back...but she was laughing so much, then wanted him to show off his muscles like gaston does. which he did.
she also asked if he would like a kiss which he did and then he gave her a big kiss as well.
like i said i wish i had pics to share of it, but i was taking video and didnt even think of the pics at the time we were all just sucked into how good she was and her character.
next up was parkers favorite barn stormer, which we went on 3 times in a row...and found a hidden mickey in the line.

now its time for another episode of "what if" this were a disney vacation.
so in this episode we ask the question "is there actually a time that is to early for a drink on vacation"
this is arrival night before dinner.
but first, lets see what this resort would look like if we could just walk off the pool area and step down onto the beach.
would the first walk onto an ocean beach for your little one be awesome.(would it compare to a first at disney)
would it be like the first time seeing the caslte?
for the little one pretty close.
would they be skeptical of the water at first. like the first ride on space mountain and want you to carry them
yes they would
would they be excited for that first wave like at typhoon lagoon.
yep sure thing.
would they want to go back and do it again, but with you holding there hand?
yep safety and comfort
how would the view down the beach look.
do the pools measure up to disney standard...well not themed as much, but still very large and fun.
rules? lets throw rules out the window shall we.
now on vacation is there a rule that you must eat out the first night, and go out on the town? well for some yes...for us, lets relax and enjoy our surroundings.
what better way to do that than to sit on your balcony, and enjoy some dinner.
what would that elegant five star dinner look like in paradise? well it would be chili cheese hot dogs on your balcony. looking out over the ocean and mountains.
along with some tropical salsa and nachos.
we all enjoyed dinner and relaxed in our room that night.
parker was in bed about 8 his normal time, we watched tv and were knocked out about 9:30 10
we all slept good, candi and i rolled over and looked at each at 4:45 hey you up, yep you up, yep.
okay good im going outside.
look who else was awake at 5:30 after we were sitting on our balcony.
ready to watch the sun rise.
wanting his pop tart for breakfast.
which begs the questions that was posed earlier.
how early is to early for that first drink.
well here is my logic....sure it was still in the 5 oclock hour (am mind you)
but there is that song...its 5 oclock somewhere, and since home was 5 hour time change...that puts it in the 10 oclock time hour at home....take into consideration that i was up for an hour already...
or we can go with some people go out at night and for some reason are still up partying at the 5 oclock in the morning hour....so where they stop, i would begin.
YOU COULD ALSO DO WHAT I DID WHEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TIME IT WAS BACK HOME, YOU COULD TEXT YOUR BEST BUDDY MARV AND ASK HIM, SO YOU KNEW IF IT WAS GO TIME FOR DRINK TIME.
heck what am i talking about, im on vacation and any time is okay for a drink.
now what should you do the rest of the morning, well you should finish watching the sun come up of course.

Danny said it wasn't as good as the first, Ryne & Mark both liked it (Mark went to it the night before) and I thought it was different than the first - not better or worse - just went in a different direction. I think Danny read that Pixar was now 12 for 12 for their movies opening in 1st place.
