Springsteen....

So I'm driving to my next customer and the boss calls my cell. My friend, has an extra ticket to springsteen, want to go?

Great show but he didn't do a lot of the old favorites!

Yeah someone came into work today needing directions for the stadium and he was going to that concert.

I was just there last week for a concert....I love the stadium!

I'm with WM Michelle on this, I was never a big Bruce fan either.

Alex, did the weather hold? My boss was at the show, and I am going to need her help tomorrow, so I hope she is in a good mood.

It poured right before the show so she may have gotten caught in that (hey but I had an excuse to buy a t-shirt!)
It stayed dry for the show itself although the fog rolled in so bad you couldn't see the other side of the stadium.

We saw the tour in '99 at the Fleet. Blew my mind.
I got four tickets to one of the Fenway shows coming up. I can't believe I'm saying this, but... I gave them away!
(To family members. DW is going with her aunt/uncle and cousin.)
They were freaking out trying to get tickets on ebay. Plus they're HUGE Sox fans, so they'd kill to see Springsteen at Fenway.
*Sigh*
Maybe I'll get a direct pass to heaven for this.

Saw him twice in the last couple of weeks, Alex. His set list changes every night.....the Rising songs are the staple and he alternates all the old songs in and out alternating every night.

Some of our highlights.....Jungleland, Meeting Across the River, Bobbi Jean, Sandi, Spirit in the Night, Born to Run (yech), Badlands, Promised Land.......


I think he did an awesome run at Giant's Stadium. He'll be back in late August and I'm hoping to score some tix again.

I was offered 4 tickets for $450.00 a piece. NO WAY JOSE, I like bruce but not that much. Oh anyhow, I don't look anything like Demi so he wouldn't have noticed me anyways so I saved myself alot of money.

Giants Stadium has not been sold out. Tickets have been available outside the stadium each night. One night they were going for 10 bucks each. Once you get into the stadium, however, it's filled. He's playing 10 shows here with 55,000 at each show. That's over a half million people and a whole heckuva lot of moola.

I've never seen Springsteen in concert. Gina, I'd love to hear him do Spirits in The Night, one of my favs!

Man you got lucky. When I went to my concert it started pouring right after the Goo Goo Dolls and then Sheryl Crow performed in the rain. We had seriour serious thunderstorms.

Then during Bon Jovi, we had ahuge thunderstorm. It was freaky and we were soaked!
