Spring Breakers: What are you packing?

We're headed to the World on Saturday evening. I've been looking at the weather reports, and it seems like the highs will be right around 80 most days next week with lows in the upper 50's. I'm conflicted on what to pack. Right now, I'm thinking shorts and t-shirts for everyday, with about 2 pairs of jeans for each person just in case a cool front comes through. We'll also pack a hoodie or light jacket for each person. Not sure if we'll need those in the AM in the parks or not. Does this sound reasonable? What are YOU packing for this type of weather? :)

I'll be leaving in about 2 weeks. I am planning on doing the same thing. I planning on wearing Tshirts and shorts to the parks every day, but will bring a sweatshirt for the evenings, as I suspect they could get a bit cool. I am also bringing a pair of jeans and yoga pants!

But besides all that, I am suspecting it be warm most days so I plan on packing lots of sunscreen! :flower1:

Our trip is in a couple weeks, and I'm doing the same thing in my head. But the weather reports I'm seeing vary from high of 86 to high of 70, so I don't really know what to expect. The kids will probably wear shorts (skorts/skooters for dd), but I'll probably wear capris most days. But yeah, pants for everyone, too, just in case. Dd also has capris, so we'll probably bring those. And layers. I'm a big believer in layers. I'm also trying to figure out if I'm trying to get Keens or similar footwear for the kids, since they have sneakers and slides, but they love water rides...

Sounds about right. We're from Florida. We plan on packing shorts/t-shirts and some sweatshirts. I might bring just one pair of jeans if it gets too cool in the evening, but we're only staying 3 nights.

I'd look on a weather web site that has "hour by hour" forecasts. (I think weather.com and accuweather.com both have that feature.) I even use that feature here at home sometimes! It's very helpful to use when deciding what to wear.

That way, you'll know if it's likely to be 70 or 75 degrees by 10:00 am, or doesn't warm up until later in the day.

That was the weather when we were there last spring break, & what's expected for this years. I packed shorts/capris/t shirts & a light zip up hoodie & was perfect. I don't think I ever needed the capris just the shorts. I'll be packing this same list in a couple of weeks.

We leave on Friday (driving over two days)! I am packing almost exactly what OP said: primarily shorts and t-shirts, but also bringing a couple of pairs of jeans and a light jacket for each person.

We are leaving on Friday too and I have packed shorts and t-shirts for the boys and shorts/capri pants, shirts for me. We will probably have on pants and a light jacket when we head out early Friday morning from home. I can wash those if we need them later.

Going the same time. I have packed shorts, jeans, tees and sweatshirts.
