Cast of Characters: Myself - Age 50 - Disney planner
Disney Husband Age 53 - Loves Disney, lets me plan
Disney Son - Age 23 - In Law School
Disney Daughter - Age 20 - In College
Spring Break Trip - We drive to Disney for every trip. We left at 6:00 at nite after picking up our DD at college. Stayed in Virginia for the night. Next day Friday, picked up our DS at law school and stayed that night in Savannah, Ga.
Finally arrived Sat. March 9, had lunch at Earl of Sandwich, was not as busy as when we were there for NYE, but still quite a line. It was very cool and very WINDY, but who cares we are here in the sunshine, away from the cold of Pennsylvania. Checked into PC for our first nite. Check in was easy and fast, and even though we were only there one nite I asked for a room close to the check in and parking and I did get what I wanted and on the top floor as requested. Very good, Not far to walk. I have a bad hip problem, bursitis, and rhemutoid arthritis.
Time for dinner, we had ADR for House of Blues at 6:30. Arrived on time and very glad we had them since the wait was 45 minutes. Asked for and was seated in the back room. Great meal, DH had ribs, DS had jambalya, DD had chicken tenders (kids) and boston creme cake with ice cream and I had chicken, mushroom pasta, which I love. Service was also good, but i messed up, I used my AP for a discount, which was only 10%, and forgot about DVC for 20%,
Oh well I think I was out of it because it was cold and WINDY. Back to PC to the food court for the Tye Dye Cheesecake. I have always wanted to try it and finally got the chance. It was different but good. Tomorrow Check In at Home OLD KEY WEST.

We grab a few pieces of luggage and head to our 1 Bedroom in Building 11. Have never stayed in this area, but have always wanted to, we have usually stayed in Bldg. 62, 23,24, 26. DS and DD are up there before me and I hear them complaining, but they are correct. The room smelled. Very Bad. It smelled musty, and moldy. So we grabbed the bags and walked back to the same lady at the check in and told her and she changed our room to Bldg. 12. which was top floor and much better. No smells and a great view. There was so much vegatation around the room in Bldg. 11. It was on the end. I think there was no sunlight ever in the room. BAD. They said they would send in housekeeping, but I did see someone else checking into that room the next day.
