Spring Advantage instead of Spring. PROBLEM RESOLVED!

We were all jumping for joy because both my kids got their big envelopes in the mail today. My son got Operations and my daughter got Merchandising and we were all so happy.
Then we noticed that my son got Spring but my daughter got Spring Advantage. They both asked for Spring and no way does my daughter want to be gone that long. She would have to turn it down.
We are going to call tomorrow but none of us will sleep tonight unless someone can give us hope that they will change her to Spring. It was the interviewers fault afterall, but will they believe that's what she actually told him? Will they change her? Are we making a bigger deal about this than it really is?

hmm, thats a tough predicament. I would call and ask, i have the feeling you should be fine....they need the help, i imagine they would change it.

Thank you PirateJenny and Jungle Josh for your help!
So I called the 1-800 # listed on the Acceptance checklist and explained the problem. And she says, "I don't understand. Is there a difference between Spring and Spring Advantage?" !!!
Then she tells me to use the e-mail address also listed on that page and explain the situation to them. Maybe the people working on Sunday aren't the regular college program people?
Anyway, I will let you know what happens.

Well, we worried and worried for four days but finally my daughter received an e-mail from her recruiter saying she changed it and my daughter can log in tomorrow and choose her dates. Now we are all happy and excited again!
So if you are waiting to hear from your recruiter, don't worry. They are taking a day or two longer than expected.

Ooooh I hope this works out. I was in a similar situation my freshman year
when I applied for summer and got fall advantage. I had to turn it down. I was sooooo disappointed. Hopefully thay will change you as this is the opportunity of a lifetime.
