I'm not applying yet but I don't feel like I'm qualified for more than a couple!
I have a question though, if it says demonstrated this skill or whatever should that mean you've done it in a job or volunteering before? or anywhere?

College sophomore DD has an interest in CP & PI. Does anyone know or recall if the recently posted listings are typical of the volume and variety of positions normally sought by Disney?

When I posted it a while ago that was just the first round. There are more up now. And yes, it's pretty typical of the INTERN positions sought by Disney.

Are the professional internships paid? Is it similar to cp pay? Anyone have any input?

The professional internships are paid, and it is generally at a higher level than the CPs. It depends on what field you are in and the type of work you do.
