Spring 2006 rates

How soon do the airlines publish their new rates? I booked in June of last year for this April, we have been home 10 days and already I want to go back. My DH wonders if we should try an all inclusive in the Domincan, Mexico or Cuba. He is not a beach sitter so I am not sure if he would like this. It would have to be a place with a lot of activities to keep him content. Me, I would just as soon go back to Orlando, we always run out of time to get everything done that we would like to do. We fly out of Halifax.
