If MJ came upon his look natrually then it would be creepy but since his "look" was all artifice and plastic surgery it is not creepy it is a coincidence.

It's not newly found, the newspaper article says it has been in the museum's collection since 1899 and first went on public display in 1988. Maybe Michael saw it and decided he wanted to look like that!
