Like a lot of you, the parts I wanted to see that weren't there were probably omitted because the foundations for them had been omitted from the previous movies. The backstory of the Percy/Weasley issue, for example, would be awkward to add in at this point.
I wish he'd repaired his wand instead of breaking the elder wand. That could have been done without time or plot difficulties.
I wish they'd been more explicit about Harry owning all of he Deadly Hallows by the end.
I wish the kiss between Hermione and Ron bad been more like the book. I think they could have done that even though the house elves plot had been ignored.
I was okay with them not showing Fred's death. I thought the scene with the family in the great hall packed a lot of punch.
I think they got the scene from "In the forest, again" with Harry and the resurrection stone right and that is worth a lot.
I wish they hadn't deleted the Harry/Lupin conflict/resolution of from this movie (and from Part 1) They generally messed up subplots that span part 1 and 2.
I have never really liked the way pensieve flashbacks are done in the movies. So I was a little disappointed in the Snape flashback, but not as disappointed as I expected to be.
Overall though, I loved it. I think they got a lot right - even with some of the embellishments. I guess it matched the version in my head better than in some of yours .
