Splitsville DDP... what's considered an Entree?

Hopefully some of y'all have the answer for me. I know with the DDP you get an entree, dessert, and beverage at Splitsville. But, what is considered an entree?

For example, if I wanted sushi, could I only get one kind of roll?

Just figuring out how this works, as I've never eaten with the DDP at Splitsville!
