If I do a split stay and only the 1st reservation falls within FD, will I still get the FD for the last portion of my stay in a different resort? Staying for 9 days. As of now, all at POFQ. Would like to do last 2 days at Poly before leaving for the DCL.

No, it does not. Your dining plan is tied to your resort reservation and all leftover credits/deals are forfited upon checkout.

Once you check out of the first resort, any remaining dining credits will expire at midnight, so you would have that whole day to use any left over credits. Disney doesn't see a split stay as such, but rather two separate reservations. Depending on when you arrive and start using your DDP credits, you might still have some available on your check out day to use. Once you check out from POFQ, your KTTW card is deactivated as far as entry into the room, but park tickets are good for 14 days from first use (unless the no expiration option is purchased) and any left over DDP credits are available for use until midnight.
