Split stay - use of facilities at new resort

I'm sure I know the answer but I really just want to be sure.

We have split stay booked, staying at Pop with family then moving over to Poly for a couple days after family leaves.

The day we switch, we have a rest day planned. Can we head over to Poly in the morning and begin using the pool(s) even though our room will not likely be ready?

I'm pretty sure we can but just want to be sure.

Yes you can. We do split stays frequently and also do a rest day on the day we move. We usually check out really early and then head over to the next resort so we can be at the pool soon after it opens.
