Split Stay Transportation

Split stays are just a term, its always been that way since your booking two entirely different reservations and you've never been able to "roll over". What most people - including me - have done, is book all the park tickets at resort #1 so the window opens for the full stay.

And that is what is no longer possible.

I'm so confused. I booked 8 day park hoppers arriving on 11/1 -- when we check out on 11/5 and move to the next resort we lose the 4 unused days of tickets?

No, the tickets still work. You just need to book Fastpass+ at 60 days out from 11/1 for the first 4 days, then 60 days out from 11/5 for the next 4 days.

Edit: Actually, I think you can book 5 days of fastpass on the first 60 day window, for 11/1 through 11/5, since it counts both check in and check out days as part of that stay.

Ah ok thank you.

You can't do that anymore - that window doesn't open for the full stay now. Prior to last weekend even with a (onsite) spit stay you could book all your FP+ at T60 of the first stay for both stays. Now you need to book them separately, at T60 of each check in day.

So disappointing =(

We have done it all. Buses, taxies, uber...I find that uber or lyft is the best and cheapest way. We just bring our bags and if our room is not ready, we have bell services hold them. You never know, if you get lucky and your room is ready you have your bags right there. However, if you want you can have the first resort that you are staying at deliver your bags to your new resort. But, it does take time and they do not automatically deliver the bags to your room. You just have to call or stop by bell services when the bags arrive. Then they can bring them up or you can go get them. Minnie Vans are nice, but they are expensive. We used one this past month, and it cost 32.00 to go from The Boardwalk Inn to the MK. Every time we used Uber or Lyft to get to other resorts it was always under 9.00.

Sometimes they do, but I don't know if there's any rhyme or reason to it. We moved from CSR to Pop in December and they brought our bags to our room while we were out, which we found when we stopped at bell services to pick them up.
