Split Stay - Refillable Mug

We're on the Disney Dining Plan for the first part of our stay and not for the second part of our stay. Can we get the mug so that we can use it for our entire trip? is there a length of stay thing? or would we need to buy a new one at our next resort? or would we just show our receipt from our first resort at our second resort?

I was wondering the same question. We will be at Pop Century for the first two days of our trip and have the Quick Service Dining, then we'll be at Shades of Green for two weeks. The info on the plan states that the mugs will only be good for the length of our stay ( at Pop) . I was going to buy new mugs at the POLY for the remainder of our trip--am I understanding that the ones we get at Pop may be useable after we change to Shades?

our mugs kept changing the date when we moved rooms to 14 days from the last reservation.
