what is the expected tip per case now? TIA

We usually tip $1-$2 per bag, depending on how large and heavy. We add more ($10) for our Owners Locker.

I have done luggage transfer before. But from Poly to Grand Floridian (and that is when walkway was there and we saw the carts moving luggage). When we stay at Saratoga, I always feel Bell Services are a hot mess (not transferring), just accessing our luggage. It takes forever. Considering staying at Poly again and moving to SSR (we love the resort). What is the likely time they will arrive?

Depending on time of year and how many transfers they're doing that day, my best guesstimate would be to expect it sometime between 3PM and 6PM.
