Split Stay Questions: Dining Plan, Luggage Transport via Bell Services, FP+

We are planning a split stay this December renting points at both Old Key West and Beach Club Villas and have a few questions:

If we add the Dining Plan to our reservation(s) will we get two sets of refillable mugs and the other package components that come along with the DDP? Will we have to book two sets of ADRs dependent on our check-in dates?

Would we be able to transfer the majority of our luggage from OKW to the BCV on our resort change day via Bell Services?

Would we be able to use Stormalong Bay before 4 at the BCV if we link our reservations to our MagicBands?

Will we be able to make FP+ reservations from the entire length of our stay if both reservations and tickets are linked to our Magic bands?

We did split stay a long time ago (pre FP+) but are traveling with a party of 8 in 2 Bedroom Villas. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes on the mugs, maybe on the ADRs, depending how long your total stay id.

Yes, but do not expect access to any transferred luggage until very late afternoon or later.

Would we be able to use Stormalong Bay before 4 at the BCV if we link our reservations to our MagicBands?

And check in, yes.

Will we be able to make FP+ reservations from the entire length of our stay if both reservations and tickets are linked to our Magic bands?

Bell Services transfers luggage late afternoon, regardless of when you drop it off. Plan on not seeing it until 5 or after
You are a BCV Guest and able to use all Resort amenities from the time you checkin. ADRs are per reservation. You will have 2 different dates. FP+ are per length of ticket. You do not even need a reservation.

Make sure you check out of OKW before you try to check into BCV. Otherwise, you could have lots of problems. We've had problems before and were told to always physically check out with a split stay.

You will have two ADR and two FP+ dates - 180 days prior to your first check-in day, you can make ADR's from the first check-in day to the first check-out day. 180 days prior to your second reservation, you will be able to make the rest of your ADR's. The same rule now applies to FP+ as well, but those windows will open at 60 days prior to both check-in dates.
