Split Stay Question and Fast Passes

We are doing a split stay Easter week. We are staying the first two nights onsite and the remaining stay off site. Will the 60 day fast pass window only open for the 3 days tied for my onsite stay and then at 30 days for my off site stay? (Please be kind - just asking...)
If that is the case, do you think there will be availability for fast passes for Fantasmic! At 30 days out? Thank you!

No; when your 60-day booking window opens, book for check-in day through checkout day.

Then, when you are 60 days out from each offsite park day, you can book FPs for that specific day.
