Split Stay PH Voucher Question

We are doing two 7 night stays back to back at SSR this June. We booked this way so we got the 4/3 deal twice (at the recommendation of the CM). We are getting a $100 gift card as well as the $15 PH voucher twice. Will we get them for both weeks when we check in or will they give them to us when we start the second week?

I actually received my PH voucher in a book of coupons/vouchers that came with the ME paperwork. Not sure if it works this way for everyone; we booked through a local travel agent.
