Split Stay - Does WDW transport luggage from the resort to resort?

A short stay, only able to get 2N @ YC so will get 1N @ AoA. Will they transport are luggage while we go to Epcot? Do we need to check out of YC to AoA, then go to the park? Will YC hold our lugguage till end of day? OR Upon return from Epcot get luggage and go to AoA and checkin in very late after Epcot closes?

Yup.

Check out of YC and if you've done online check in for AoA you can just head right to Epcot for the day.

When you check out of YC, drop your bags off at Bell Services and ask them to transfer them to AoA. Then after your day at Epcot take the bus to AoA. Stop at Bell Services at AoA and grab your bags.

As above, Disney will transport your luggage.

However, they will not transport refrigerated or frozen items. You will need to bring them to AoA yourself. If your room is not ready, Bell Services/Luggage Assistance will store those items properly.

What's the best way to get the luggage there?

We always have bell services transfer our luggage. Be aware, luggage transfer happens between 1 & 5 pm. If there’s anything you need sooner, keep it with you in a back pack or similar.. swim suits, change of clothes etc.
