Split stay dining plan question

upcoming split stay poly/BCV. Have ddp for both. I know I need to checkout of poly before checking into BCV. Wondering if we have any snack credits left at that point do we lose them when we check out of poly/into BCV?

You shouldn't. Credits expire at midnight on checkout day.

As noted, both plans should be gone on the change day. You could even get one type of plan for one and a different for the other. We've done this in the past as well as getting different plans for different villas that were concurrent.

We just had a split stay OKW/BLT and we were okay to use them in between checking out of OKW and before checking into BLT. No issues there.

You should still have them until midnight on your checkout/checkin day, but keep an eye on your receipts and if you have an issue the front desk staff may be able to help. We did a split stay last January with the dining plan and two things occurred 1) Early in the day it did not register that we had quick service and had to pay cash 2) Later in the day it pulled from our new resort snacks and left the old to be wasted. I was told to watch out for both issues by a very good cast member who checked me in at BLT. She told me to not panic if it happened and to bring it to her and she could fix it. When I went back to the front desk she wasn't there but another very helpful cast member fixed the issue. It seems like Disney should be able to handle this situation without glitches but it seems like that for a lot of things.

Sometimes the credits for leg 2 won't load automatically until all of the credits of all types from leg 1 are used. If You have that problem any concierge can load them manually.
