Split stay and my own magic band?

We have a free dining pkg booked Dec 15-21, but coming in now on the 14th and booked just one night (same resort - hoping they will keep us in same room but worst case is we change rooms).
Is it possible to attach my own magic bands to BOTH reservations before I leave home? Avoid check in/check out at desk.

Yes magicbands are not stay specific. They are basically a key to your info. Nothing is actually ON the band. It is just a key to getting into your file

Your MB will pull info from your MDE account, so, if both reservations are linked to MDE, that MB is good to go.
