Hi,

I was hoping someone could shed some light on this for me. We are booked for a trip in August 2014. We have decided to do a split stay this trip because we needed more room and Disney choices were $$$.

The first night we are staying at AKL Club Level. For the next 2 nights we are at AKV-Kidani in a 2 bedroom. Then we are moving off property to Bonnet Creek in a 3 bedroom suite.

With that in mind, my husband, myself, and 2 kids will all have annual passes. We are planning an August 2015 trip with friends so it makes sense to get the annual pass this year and save on next year's trip. My mother-in-law is also traveling with this THIS August. I was going to grab 10 day park pass for her. I will link the ticket to her magic band that she gets for the first of the trip...and then link our annual passes to our magic bands. Will I still be able to make FP+ in advance for her if she doesn't have annual pass after we check out of AKV?? Seems silly to spend $300 more on her ticket just for FP+.

I'm thinking the answer is WHO KNOWS at this point because Disney hasn't released any info.

Just hoping someone has done this before and it has worked like a charm!

1- Will I still be able to make FP+ in advance for her if she doesn't have annual pass after we check out of AKV?? Seems silly to spend $300 more on her ticket just for FP+.

I'm thinking the answer is WHO KNOWS at this point because Disney hasn't released any info.

2- Just hoping someone has done this before and it has worked like a charm!

1- By August, WHO KNOWS? (As you suspected.)

2- The problem is, it doesn't matter what may have happened last week to somebody
using the "Glitches Galore" app.
By August, actual "rules and procedures" may have been published.

As of right now you should be able to. Who knows what will happen by then...

My family of 4 and my DD's friend went over Christmas. The 4 of us had APs and friend used a 10 day non expiring Park hopper pass that now has 1 day left on it.

We are returning in August but wanted to test the ability to make FP+ reservations, so I went 60 days out and was able to make FP+ reservations for 7 days with our APs and for 1 day with the friends MB without any resort reservations. I am assuming that the friends ticket is limited to the fact that there is only 1 park day left on the ticket....
