Split Day HS & Epcot

Hi All! Given the reduced hours and restrictions, has anyone recently split a day between HS & Epcot? It would be just my 11 year daughter & me in late February. Thanks!

We are going on Feb 15 and HS is already booked in the morning. Would we have trouble getting into HS in the afternoon? Such a bummer only being able to park hop after 2 pm. Can you park hop to more than 2 places a day?

We used annual passes, so no extra cost for us. I don't know if I'd buy a hopper for one day, personally (do they sell one day hoppers?). We did ride all the rides we wanted one day (didn't hit Test Track or Mission Space), and still made it around the World Showcase to graze and have a few drinks. Epcot is open till 8 right now.

Tough call on HS. This week, the people that got 7am boarding passes for Rise seemed to leave early in the afternoon, but the people that got boarding passes at 1pm were there most of the day.

I don't think there's a limit on hops to different parks after 2. I've seen a few posts where people made it to all 4 parks in a day, just to see if they could.

Thanks for the advice @dizneegirl! It’s not a must that we do Rise at HS since it will just be my daughter and I. It sounds like if we plan to arrive at HS at open, we’ll have a chance to ride quite a bit before 2pm and then hop over to Epcot! We’ll have friends at Epcot that day too, so we can meet them for dinner! Can’t wait!

So the open/close times may be extended versus what is published now for late Feb?

I think it's a great idea. Start at HS and end the day at Epcot.

We are visiting WDW next weekend and planned 2 days with park hopper. We plan on starting at HS and moving over to Epcot to enjoy the festival on one of our days. I think it's a great idea since Epcot is open later so you get a little extra park time!
