i love it -- i use it in my coffee, i like the mocha splenda for coffee too. i use it in hot or iced tea as well. i haven't baked much with it, but what i have tried with the Splenda baking blend has turned out very good. I made biscotti with splenda only and it does have a hint of sweetner taste, but not overwhelming. i buy products made with splenda and like everything i've tried too, except for Coke with splenda.
