Splash Re-Opens 5/19, TSI/Pirates Lair on 5/26, & Fantasmic on 6/1

I can now confirm that the primere IS on May 19th.

There is also another private party on April 22. I dont know what is happening that day.

We were planning on going to Disneyland May 6-10, but just found out that Splash Mountain was closed so we thought about changing our plans to May 20 - 24, but are concerned that it would be alot more crowded - what do you think? I have to confirm airline tickets tonight, so I'm really trying to figure it all out.

Will May 20-24 be swamped because the premiere of Pirates 3?

So we've got POTC3 Premiere, possible Nemo soft opening, TS Island & Fantasmic returning and EP running. Memorial Day Weekend is going to be CRAZY...

Not to mention there will be a HUGE Star Wars Convention in Los Angeles this weekend. I know because I'll be coming for that, and many of us Star Wars fans are huge Disney fans as well (must be that Star Tours thing... )
Expect big crowds for those SW fans before and after or during the convention.
