"Spirit of the 50th" Photo

There's a picture of a family on this thread posing in front of a display of the Castle with "50" on the castle and Minnie and Mickey on both sides of the display. Can someone tell me where this is located? It seems like a nice place to take a souvenir photo.

It is by the main entrance to the Disneyland Hotel (not the pool entrance but the one with the bellmen).
