Spirit Airlines for a cross country trip

I could do a day in Vegas. They have Megabus to anaheim (don't drive.) My dates are 10/22 through the 26th or 27th or 29th to November 2nd or 3rd.

also easy to grab a SWA flight into SNA from LAS in $60-something range. I was able to book a SWA flight into LAS from PIT early Oct for $199, which is lower than I've paid in years. Return flights on SWA from the area (SNA/LAX/BUR) currently In $200 range. I'm betting they will drop between now & then.

Does SWA offer more than 1 flight to your location each day? Always book their earliest flight. We have run into equipment delays with Spirit and the customer service is non-existent when it comes to what airlines do when this sort of thing pops up (credits/free flights, etc). All Spirit will do is refund your ticket price, eventually, back to the form of payment.

I would never, ever book Spirit unless I really didn't 'need' to be somewhere that same or next day. Felt so bad watching people who had waited in terminal for over 7 hours for their flight to arrive/board to FLL (needed to board cruise ship the next day) be told the flight was cancelled and that no other scheduled service for another 2 days.
