Spin off thread: How do you handle sharing your room with extended family/friends?

There are people I travel with regularly. Usually it is me and 1 or two others in a room. Sometimes it is a large, long planned group trip of 12 to 16 people, where I've gotten a GV and a two bedroom, or two-two bedrooms and a one bedroom. Friends always have been gracious and either bought me some meals or paid for extras like Cirque or a fireworks party. Everyone buys their own park passes, flights, and meals, I provide the room(s). But there are some actual FAMILY members on my never again list. One strike and they're out.

Also remember, trying to schedule things for larger groups is akin to herding cats, keep it simple as possible.
