I was in one musical my junior year in high school, Fiorello. Not surprised no one else has mentioned it! I was a dancer, and it’s where I met my husband, so much fun!

I was in Cinderella. I was the Queen. My son was in school of rock. That was a fun one. He couldn’t have a speaking role because he ran track. My sister’s class did music man and my brother’s did bye bye birdie.

My high school had a senior play each year. Ours was South Pacific. I was one of the extras/chorus. Although I cannot sing, dance or act. It was a great opportunity to connect with classmates.

I can't carry a tune in a bucket, but my senior class at CAPA did The Sound of Music and I made all of the nuns' costumes and helped to paint the backdrops.

Love this post! I was in Secret Garden my senior year of high school. That was actually a school production. Then during high school, but with community theater I did How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and Joseph.

I’ve continued to do community theater on and off throughout the years- favorite shows being Chicago, Mamma Mia, the Producers, and an obscure, but lovely little musical called Do Black Patient Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up?
