DH & DS spent the day in their customary manner - going together to see whichever super-hero movie has been most recently released. This was preceded by a week-long tv marathon of watching all the ones DS deemed necessary for his Dad to have the proper context to “really get into it”. They both seemed well-satisfied with their day and I, blessedly, am exempt from this ritual.
