Spiderman Ride:Doc Ock Got New Doo

New screens look good and it's nice to see the vacant store phone number back on the marquee right before we get hit by the anti gravity ray. But I was shocked to see Doc Ock. I always thought he was Asian but he now has a new Americanized look. All he need to say now is "I'll be back" to complete his new Arnold look.

Anyone else notice this? Is this consistent with the comics?

The comic version traditionally looks more like the old version of the ride, but he's definitely not Asian.

Yup...I have the Spiderman '67 DVD set there's no way he looks Asian.

They just didn't update the dialogue. Google old comic images of Doc Ock and you'll see, he had this kinda bowl cut look. In the comics Spidey used to make fun of it.
