Spider Bot or BB8

[Courtney Disney 2019]

We went to Disneyland last year and our kids both built R2 droids at the droid depot. This year they have saved up for something different and are trying to decide between another droid BB8, or a spider bot with a tactical upgrade.

Ages: 6 and 9

The one thing about the BB8 that I’m concerned about is the head continuously falling off. Thoughts? Reviews?

The BB8 my dd made rarely has the head lol. She would play with it and then just put it back in her room but somehow the next time she wanted to use it the head would be missing. I guess it depends on where you store it.

Our BB8 only loses his head when he hits a wall. My kids love both their BB8 and the large spider bot, but there is also a smaller spider bot that is less expensive and really cute.
