Much depends on how you like to eat, drink and PAAAAARRTY
Brekkie can vary in cost from $15-20 (for McD's, dunkin donut, BK and maybe even diners like Denny's ) up to $80-100 for a character brekkie in the parks.
Lunch or dinner, counter service in the parks is going to be $30-40 range , a nice budget (Olive Garden for example) sit down restaurant outside of the parks $60-80, full service in the parks or higher end outside the parks $120+.
Wine is expensive in the US, you won't get much for less than $25 a bottle. Beer's a cheaper option( in a bar/restaurant) usually $3 a bottle or $4 a pint.
Soft drinks can ramp up your costs ( and you need to drink plenty in summer). The water fountains taste pretty nasty. I've found taking a bottle of cordial/squash to mix can take the edge off it, another solution is buy bottle water in the supermarkets (by the gallon) and fill smaller bottles to take with you (if you have access to a freezer, freeze the drinks over night and they stay cool for ages. Mixing powdered gatoraid, or other salt replacement drinks, and taking those with you can save plenty of bucks as at $4 a go, you can easily do $60-70 a day just staying hydrated. If you have to buy drinks in the parks, buying 1 or 2 drinks with no or little ice in them and sharing them means you don't pay $5 for a load of ice that you throw away each time you buy a drink. It also means you don't have to lug half drunk, watered down drinks for hours on end (cos we all know the kids never carry their own LOL)
If you're staying in a villa you can avoid a lot of these costs, but I think the minimum you should budget is $150 a day on food and drinks, moving upwards if you like a few beers/wine and you like to eat reasonably well.
