Hi all. I was hoping one of you budgeters out there could help me out with this...

How much spending money should myself and my boyfriend bring for 7 days?

We will prob eat one very nice sit down dinner, possibly California Grill. We will also do a few other sit down dinners (50's PrimeTime and either Italy or Mexico in Epcot). Other than that it will be counterservice. As far as alcohol, we will probably have a few drinks, but we aren't big drinkers.

Souvenirs will be at a minimum, only buying for our family and MAYBE one or two for ourselves.

I also need to know how much to tip mousekeeping, since I am clueless in that area!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :teeth:

Try www.allears.net for menus with prices - doublecheck when they were updated to see if you want to add a bit more to be safe. Also check www.mousesavers.com for other tips on saving money - both on food and on other stuff. You can eat well without hitting the expensive restaurants, but 'cheap Disney food' isn't the same as 'cheap food at home'........

Souvenirs will only cost what you want them to. There are plenty of things to choose from - from cheap to outrageous. I believe there's a store in DTD that specializes in lower-prices souvies.

As for mousekeeping, a minimum of $1 per person per day seems to be the standard advice. I am on a budget, but try to give a bit extra - it's not an easy job.......
