Spend the winter in Hilton Head

Winter in Hilton Head! Why shovel snow when you can spend the winter at the beach?? We own a small (550 Sq ft.) 1 Br. condo at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort (oceanfront building,200 steps to the beach) and would trade a winter MONTH for 70 Disney points!
