Speculation on Value Room Rates Late Feb Early March 2018?

My son is looking towards a late Winter WDW trip including a Value resort room. I gave a look in MDE today and was disappointed at the rates, the lowest was $132 before taxes. Based on this year's rates and your experience would anyone care to guess what might be available late Feb early March 2018? Is there a source of discounts or codes that might help? We've been renting DVC points for some years now and I'm out of practice scouting for WDW resort rooms.

Late February is the Marathon (? or some other equally busy event) so rates are higher then!
