Spectro and other biggies week after Christmas?

I checked out the link to last years December hours. It looks like SM and Fantasmic had multiple showings every night of the week. Do you think this is the norm? Meaning I don't need to worry which day we pick to go to MK because we'll be able to see SM. I'd like to narrow down my PS per park and start a day to day intinerary-3 months before it cutting it too close for me. I like to know so I can make my PS as soon as I can- beside it IS the busiest week of the year!
