I haven't been able to locate this information and I am wondering if there is a specific gate I should go to for entry for breakfast prior to actual park opening. I'm assuming they will have my name on some list since I arranged for Priority Seating...or whatever it's called!

Thanks for any help!

Yes there is a seperate gate - its clearly signed and if I remember it was to the far left of the other gates.
The CM on the gate had a list of names and escorted us to the restaurant

Thanks! I will head that direction and look for a sign. :)

One more question...will they let you stop and quickly take "empty park" pictures on the way into the restaurant or is that frowned upon? Mainly just talking Main Street and Castle photos which would be on the way.

Sometimes you are slighty escorted to your dining location. They might have people every 50-100 feet directing you. Sometimes they just ask if you know where you are going tell you to enjoy. It's not too rushed in any case.

Great q about the photos. Now that you mention it, I would love a quick chance for pics of my kids without other people in the shot, photobombers, etc. ;)

We were escorted right to the restaurant but it was a magic morning but we didnt have access to it so I suppose they needed to be sure we really were going to eat and not sneaking in to the rides

Empty park picts - what a great idea! How far before opening do they let you schedule? Is it only for character breakfasts? I'm intrigued now!

some one on facebook mentioned doing that, but no details....so if you eat in less than an hour can you join magical morning????

We have gone twice, once in this past April and once this past August. Both were for 7:10 AM bookings on magic mornings that we didn't have access to. The entrance gate is on the far left and has a sign out front. There were two CMs waiting near the sign when we arrived before 7 AM. As the line formed, the CMs asked for reservation names, checked them off on a check list, and handed out buttons. When the gates opened at 7 AM, we were scanned right through. Nobody accompanied us to the restaurant. Since it was magic morning and summer and beautiful weather, the park wasn't empty at all; people were streaming through all the gates and already filling up Main Street. We headed straight to breakfast and were seated right away. If you finish eating before Magic Morning has ended, you are not restricted from leaving the restaurant and exploring any area of the park that is open. Our philosophy though was that if we were going to spend $100 on breakfast for our family, we were going to stay and enjoy it, so no one rushed.

I agree with you. Character meals are too expensive to rush through. Enjoy your time at the breakfast.

I wouldn't rush a character breakfast either. You'll miss something :)
