Specialty Fireworks Cruise and My Disney Experience

Hi everyone! If you've booked a specialty fireworks cruise previously, did it show up in your plans on My Disney Experience? I booked on the phone this morning and received a confirmation number and my credit card was charged but it is not showing up in my plans and I did not receive any email confirmation. Do I need to call back?

No, it won’t show up in your My Disney Experience. I booked a cabana rental last week over the phone and the cast member warned me that it wouldn’t show up in MDE. Anything booked through Disney WDW-PLAY won’t “populate” the My Disney Experience plans.

You can add it to your MDE account, manually, through the Notes section.

I booked my first fireworks cruise last summer, and it was unnerving to see NOTHING about it in MDE. I did receive a call from a Cast Member a couple of days before the cruise to confirm details, so that made me feel better.

I just booked one too and the cast member added it in the notes section while I was on the phone. She also said if we need to cancel or change something while we are there we can go to the concierge and they can help verses waiting on hold.
