Specialty drinks w/ RoL package

Considering the breakfast at Tusker. We'd be using a TS credit on the regular DDP, which normally includes a specialty drink. But since it's the "dining package" I know alcohol is not included; however, do they still let you get a specialty non-alcoholic drink (coconut elixir, sparkling no-jito)?

Actually, there have been reports of people doing dining packages with DDP being allowed the alcoholic portion. It's a benefit of paying with credits over OOP.
