Special treatment on birthday

Quick question for the seasoned veterans.

Does anyone know what it takes to have 4 for a dollar sing to someone on their birthday?

We have seen this show and have seen them do it on several occasions. My wife will be having a birthday while we are in WDW, ad I would like to try to arrange this if possible.

4 for a Dollar is one of her favorite things at WDW.

Don't know the official answer, but maybe I suggest asking an attendant before the show. It may just work.
