Special suprise for the kiddo's

When we stayed at the DLH a couple years ago I called a few weeks before arriving and had them leave a special suprise from Mickey in our room I ordered two princess nightgowns, wands and crowns and Mickey signed a photo for each of them. When we checked in we made sure to ask that their suprises were in the room, on the beds, which they were. It was so much fun to walk in the room and have some goodies left from Mickey

We'll be there again in 6 weeks and I plan on doing the same!

Holy smokes that's the cutest!! I am SO going to do that for my little princess (4). We'll be there in June! Great idea, thanks for sharing!!

So who did you call to make your order? Just the hotel? Any details would be apprecited!

Yes, I just called the hotel and told the operator what I wanted to do and she took my 'order' and sizes for the nightgowns. There's a shop in the hotel so that's where they get the stuff from. I paid with credit card (obviously ). I told her which princess (cinderella, Aurora, etc.) wand and crown that I wanted also.

Thanks for the number, I'll call like 3 weeks ahead of time to set that up, double check all the ressies, let them know when we'll be in, etc. and then I'll do it all again about a week before!!

We will be there June 22-24 (well, leaving on the 25th) we're up here in No. Calif. and will be visiting friends and family as well, but wanted to take our little girl to Disneyland while in the area!

I'm so excited and I'm finding so many tips on this message board...it's addicting but will be so HELPFUL!
