Special Requests for Cruisers

How would I go about requesting something special for my sister-in-law (celebrating her 5oth B-day and 5 years as a breast cancer survivor) and her daughter on an upcoming cruise?

Has anyone contacted DCLwith these type of requests, and any response?

Just call DCL and place your request--cake at dinner is standard for just about any special occasion. If you booked thru a TA, have them call.

I would order a basket from Shirley and room decorations from DCL. DCL has birthday banners and birthday hanging thing.

AND/OR

Order the Bon Voyage Package and you can personalize the note which will accompany the package. We always order this for our cabin. The Petit Fours(sp?) are nice. Also, you can order the Fairy Tale Champagne or Sparkling Cider.

Shirley owns a shop and does custom baskets for a lot of Dis-ers.
I believe whatever you order from her will be waiting in the stateroom that first day.
