Special Pre-Race Meals at Restaurants Jan. 6 and 7​

What: Disney Marathoners and Half-Marathoners looking to carbo-load prior to their race can find a selection of special meals designed specifically for them at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel the nights before both races. The special meals will be offered at a variety of different restaurants throughout the property Jan. 6 and Jan . 7.

I tried the baked Ziti at Picabu tonight. It was pretty good. Way too much food for a light meal the night before a big run, but that's probably to be expected. It was a dish with the baked pasta, plus two sides (choices like mashed potatos, corn, creamed spinach, collard greens, etc.) and a bread stick. I think I've got enough left over for my dinner tomorrow too.
