Does US/IOA do a special needs pass like Disney, Sea World and Busch Gardens does?

Yes, go to guest services at the front of the parks. Keepin mind if the ride has a wait less than 30 minutes you go right on. If not, you come back at the posted wait time. Example:

Mummy has a 40 minute wait, so come back in 40 minutes.

thank you, so its not like Disney where you get to go to the front of the line as soon as you walk up, more like Busch Gardens (I think) where they give you a time to come back?
