Special Effects Stages at Universal Studios

I remember seeing this quite some time ago and loved it. I remember always wanting to participate in the soundmaking segment; banging the metal sheet, or spinning some wheel!! Does anyone know if they've changed it at all since about 10 years ago?

We were there this past May, and it sounds like it hasn't changed much in 10 years.

Some things have changed in regards to the Special Effects Stages. If I remember correctly, 10 years ago, the movies they used were Back To the Future, Psycho, and Harry and the Hendersons. Now, you'll have King Kong, The Mummy, and the Klumps. It's still a neat look at how they add special effects to movies.
