Hi everyone,

It seems that nearly every 7-day cruise has a special day at sea - Marvel and Star Wars.

I am wondering if anyone kept track of when those were added. We are booked for Jan 6, 2018 and I am wondering (and hoping!) that a special day at sea gets added.

I also wonder if anyone knows when Royal Court Royal Tea takes place if you end up with a special sea day. I recall the tea being on the last sea day, which is also when it looks like SWDAS is.

I know it is a long way off, but I just love daydreaming of our cruise.

Thanks!

Brandy :)

The Star Wars at Sea day is primarily in the spring on the Fantasy. Not all of her cruises. They started doing them last spring, on just the Eastern Caribbean cruises, but this next spring it's both East & West cruises. They've already been announced for next year's cruises, and if they continue them, would probably be the same time frame for 2018. And it's planned for Thursday (on both itineraries).

I hadn't heard of a Marvel Day at Sea.

I'm just a newbie here but I do know that SWDAS 7 Day cruises are typically more expensive than a regular 7 day cruise, I don't think they would add it on without being able to get that extra cash.. I could be wrong though!!

No, they actually added it to existing cruises. When we booked our March 2017 cruise in late 2015, it was just a WC itinerary. They changed it to SWDAS this spring.

The primary reason they are more expensive is people who are into that snap up bookings when dates for them are announced.
